HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?

We do our best to ship website orders within 1-3 business days. This does not include actual shipping time. 

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR BOXES?

Most of our boxes are 10'' x 10'' x 4'' and include between 5-7 items. Our smaller gifts are 7'' x 7'' x 4'' and typically include 3-4 items. Let us know if you were looking for a custom gift with different dimensions! We can source box colors in a variety of colors and sizes. 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN BOX?

Yes! You can customize a box by using our "Build your Own" feature or send us an email to learn more about custom gift designs. 

I ORDERED A GIFT ON THE WEBSITE, WILL IT INCLUDE A NOTE?

Yes, all of our gifts include a handwritten note inside of each gift box.  

DO YOU SHIP ITEMS THAT COULD MELT DURING SHIPPING?

While we do try to minimize the number of products available on our website that could melt, items such as chocolate and candles are consistently requested. Please note that including items in gift boxes that are subject to melting is at your own risk. Luxe & Whimsy cannot guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery, and we are unable to issue refunds as a result of melting.
